Described by BBC Radio as "an exceptionally talented singer and songwriter", Rachel holds a Masters in Songwriting and has written for many solo artists, bands, vocal groups and charities.

Composing songs since the age of four, Rachel has won multiple awards for her songwriting skills and has released two albums on iTunes. Rachel wrote the award-winning anti-bullying anthem Body On Mute which has been performed on stage in New York, Dublin and Bristol, on the radio in the UK and across America as part of Songs for Social Causes and on television in Canada and Sky in the UK. The song had a huge impact on people, some of whom added their comments to the YouTube video of the live New York performance. In 2013 Body On Mute became the official anthem for International charity Beat Bullying and also became a fundraising song for The Diana Trust in 2015. Body On Mute has raised thousands of pounds for charity and a selection of the lyrics were featured on limited edition American Apparel t shirts.

Rachel is currently writing with many established and upcoming singers and songwriters across the world, some of whom have been featured by BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 6 Music. Some of her co-writers have appeared on The Voice and Candian Idol.

Rachel enjoys writing songs to help raise funds and awareness for charities and community projects. In 2014 she wrote the song We’re The Music for The Festival of Ages, which was performed by a choir representing the community of North Somerset and won an award.
